We are able to do this by employing a mix of consultants providing detailed knowledge of business, technology and commercial issues and solutions. Because of this we are able to add significant value in a way that other specialist IT or management consultants find difficult to match.
ASE Consulting’s primary focus is on providing client side consultancy support to public sector organisations in the UK. We are an independent business, focusing solely on consulting as our core business function. We have no ties to any suppliers in any sector and do not act as an agent or reseller.
Our specialism in this market has enabled us corporately and as individual consultants to build up a significant reservoir of skills and experience which we can bring to bear to help our clients achieve their programme objectives. We are well aware that the business and commercial environment within which the public sector operates brings with it particular opportunities and challenges.
