The ability to create robust and adaptable telecoms solutions that, efficiently and seamlessly support our clients' needs, with the capability of enabling business strategic growth goals, is a critical requirement of all businesses and one that ASE has in depth experience of delivering.
ASE's works with its clients to quickly and accurately understand the business strategy, architecture and operating models. Working in the context of an organisation's Enterprise and overall Technical Architecture, ASE creates a realisable telecommunications Strategy aligned to business goals.
Requirements Definition - ASE excel at drawing out the explicit and implicit consequential demands for telecommunications services and our consultants are expert in documenting specific, clear, unambiguous and output based requirements.
ASE's Solution Optimisation service then assesses business requirements against the existing technology enabling the client to select the right option to take their telecoms capability forwards be it across VOIP, mobile solutions or core landline requirements.
A robust service needs a clear Business Continuity Design, co-ordinating business and technical responses to varying levels of threats through flexible, integrated and proven plans, ensuring telecoms systems meet peak levels of demand during major incidents, and key services remain robust during major events and disturbances to operating systems.
ASE's Solution Assurance services offer a focused, independent review of existing technical solutions and architecture. These services provide a rapid means of identifying key issues, and assuring that solutions are fit for purpose and continue to provide value for money.
ASE simplifies and harmonises the Network Standards in use throughout its client's organisations. These improve both the business value of the network infrastructure (for example, in enabling network inter-operability) and reduce costs (for example, by enabling network infrastructure re-use and, hence, de-duplication). We create for our client's effective and efficient technical and live service governance to ensure that standards are adhered to.
Industry and Supplier Knowledge - ASE has gained and maintains a broad and deep knowledge of the telecommunications industry. We are supplier independent and have, therefore, worked over the period with a variety of large-scale and niche telecommunications providers. We advise on general industry trends and supplier capabilities
